1. Squamous epithelium is found in the wall of blood vessels and air sacs of lungs.
2. Cuboidal epithelium is found in ducts of glands and tubular part of nephrons.
3. Columnar epithelium lines the inner surface of stomach and intestine.
4. The columnar or cuboidal cells bearing cilia on their surface form the ciliated epithelium which is present on the inner surface of hollow organs like bronchioles and fallopian tubes.
